Terrible service. In order to get a drink from any bar you had to stand in a long line (30 minute waits). If a bar ran out of a drink they would not order another bottle, you would have to go to a different bar. Very little wait staff around the pool. Buffet food was awful (penne pasta with hot dogs cut up in it, YUCK). Bread on the ship always seem stale except in the Italian Restaurant.
First port day (Honduras) had to tender in. They used the life boats as tenders and most of them didn't work. We ended up not getting off the ship. Second day (Belize) they used the big shore tenders but they had medical emergencies and had to use the tenders to take patients off (Wouldn't have minded if they had explained what the problem was). Ended up took 2 hours to get off the ship.
Didn't realize it was spring break when I booked. College students running up and down the halls, banging on doors, yelling half the night. It was not until the 5th night of the cruise did the staff finally do something about it.
Instead of walk in showers they had bathtubs that you had to step up and over to take a shower. Very dangerous.
Not a lot of space for clothing. Configuration of the closet was strange. Lighting very poor in room.
Took a tram to the beach. Definitely recommend going to the Krazy Lobster restaurant. They have a wonderful beach in front that does not cost you as long as you buy drinks and food from them. Free wifi. Service was excellent. Only drawback was all the vendors walking the beach trying to sell you there products.
Went to the Aquarium Beach Escape. Snorkeling and swimming from the beach was wonderful. Many different types of fish. Nice pool with swim up pool bar. Reasonable prices.
Skip the Kukumber beach.
