After being on other cruise lines, I would recommend this cruise to those who have limited funds: college students, teens, young 20s or families on budgets.

The good--Staff was excellent. Really cared. Nice, approachable and mostly ready to help. Room steward and our dining staff were excellent. Most of the bar staff were great. But the bar staff by the pool are so busy they are not very friendly and you have to wave them down or fight other passengers to get your turn to get a drink.

The gross. The passengers--You've heard of People of Walmart? This is people of Carnival. Lots of overweight people with low standards and low manners. Drinking and lounging in sun.

Cabin Review

Interior Upper/Lower

Cabin 1A

Cabin was on deck 2--Main.

I was fine knowing this room would be on the smaller side of cabins. We were nowhere near the casino or lounges or bars so we didnt have any noise--except for the hum of the motors--which I like to lull me to sleep.

Our room steward was excellent! Her name was Nancy and she was from Republic of the Philippines...she knew all 4 of our names immediately. Very helpful. It was like having a butler.
