Pleasantly surprised by the opulence and elegance of this ship. From the moment that we were welcomed aboard, we felt at home. The main dining room was spectacular with its huge chandelier and curved spaces. Food is good and the plates are sufficient. Extra servings are welcomed. Our wait staff went above and beyond to make our dining experience a great one.
The ship is on the smaller side, so getting back and forth from the restaurants, theatre and cabin was no problem. Deck 5 has a lot going on - The Promenade Deck. Here you will find the stores. The café provides 24 hour coffee, tea and water, plus snacks. The perfect place to hang out until the next show. There are also some bars and wine cellars. The Two Poets is always a "go to" place. Guest Services is also on this deck. There is an amazing Ice Show which is free but you need to get a ticket in advance. Nightly entertainment was good. There is a Rock Climbing Wall, Mini Golf, Flow Rider and sometimes the ice rink is open to for public skating. There is no entertainment for which you need to pay.
There are several good restaurants of various ethnic backgrounds for which you pay extra. We only heard good things about them. It seemed to be a "kinder, gentler" group on this ship. No pushing or shoving, including debarking for shore tours. Royal Caribbean's island is at Labadee, Haiti. Well-developed, with trams that take you around. A very nice experience. Disembarkation was well-organized. I would recommend this ship and cruise line.
Small but sufficient. Lots of drawers and closet space.
It was very windy and the seas were rough so our tour was cancelled.
Open tram-like coaches attached to the train engine. Very windy that day. After awhile, the scenery became repetitive as we went around the island. A bit long. Supposed to be served "unlimited" drinks but after the first round, the person disappeared!
Tour of Old San Juan. Good group on the bus and our driver knew his tour information. Very interesting.
