This was our 18th cruise on Princess. This is the only time I have wrote a negative report. This ship needs some major help. They have three dining rooms and only one for anytime dining. Lines were bad. The staff seem to have no moral whatsoever. I had never experienced this on Princess. Did not use the buffet very small area constant lines. You almost had to laugh at the people trying to navigate around it.

In the daily newsletter half of activities were to sell something. Might as well not go to Cabo for the short time you are there. They really should offer more things for breakfast room service. Two decks do not go all the way thru you have to learn to navigate that. Other ships have updated the TV's with on demand movies. They had movies on tv but no guide you never knew what was on.

Some good thing getting on and off went well. We thought the menu selection was very good and the food very good. Crown Grill we enjoyed. Tour in Matzatlan the Bird tour was excellent thanks to the tour guide Hugo. One of the most interesting and humorous people I have met. Spoke French,Japanese Dutch Spanish Russian fluently and was learning Korean. Burgers and pizza at the grill very good. As was the pub lunch. They showed a current movie in the theater daily.

Cabin Review

Cabin mini suite

Spacious we always get a mini as it affords a sitting area and two TV's and plenty of room in the head.
