Embarkation: Delayed due to emergency on ship the night before. Despite that, we were on board within an hour. Ship Shape: We found the ship to be in good ship and almost identical to the Liberty. No complaints on the cabins. Our group had 5 balcony, one inside Promenade and two outside cabins. All public rooms and venues were well maintained. The Promenade is always a favorite of ours. Entertainment: Most of the entertainment was top notch..especially the Las Vegas Tenors. If we had a complaint about anything on the ship it was the fact that small children (under 10 years of age) were allowed to SWIM and play in the hot tubs In fact, one 6 yr old was actually snorkeling. This was a daily occurrence and on an 8 night cruise was annoying. No signs were posted about age restrictions and no one from RCCL was monitoring the pool.hot tub area. We also wondered why there wasnt a life guard. Shore Excursions: A few of us booked the "Essential St Kitts Tour" for $69. The van had no air conditioning and no microphone. The driver, "Mr.Macintosh", took us through the worst areas of St Kitts. When asked where the resort hotels were he said "on the other side of the island"...apparently they weren't an Essential part of our tour. He threatened to leave 3 passengers at Romney Manor and Carribelle Batik....the best part of the tour..because they were late at the previous stop and his "time is money." Luckily, they returned to the van. As he was leaving us off at the ship a port security guard waved him away from restricted parking but he continued to bypass the guard and park there. A verbal arguement ensued with the guard screaming to us not to get out of the van and Mcintosh screaming to us to get out. We were finally allowed to get out of the van and the guard called the police who headed our way to speak with the driver. Guest Services refunded three of us 50% of the tour. We should have been refunded 100%. Disembarking: Was a breeze. We chose the 8am disembarkation and were outside the terminal with 30 minutes!

Cabin Review

Cabin 7596
Well maintained with a few understandable nicks and scratches. Cabin Steward very attentive. Fresh towels and wash cloth always available.
