Cabin was very tight but functional.  There were four people sharing our cabin which made for an overly "cozy" experience.  
There was no sitting area in our cabin. I assume that normally people are just expected to sit on the edge of their beds - this is impossible is the upper bunks are folded down. A normal sized adult cannot sit upright .

The microscopic shower area will be challenging for anyone over about 5 feet ten inches tall.

SUBSTANTIAL issues with this tour - best to totally avoid for now.
Horrendous - easily the WORST of over 300 different shore excursions I have taken.
Our tour guide, Adriana, completely ignored eveything passing outside the windows. She spend 25 minutes asking each and every passenger for their NAMES and where they were from. Then she presented a canned speech on Mexican Political history... telling us about the regime of President Diaz a hundred years ago.  NOTHING relating to what we were seeing outside the windows or anything to do with the tour we had paid to see.

The description of this Shore Excursion bears very little telatiobshi0 to wht you will actually see.

San Sebastian may be a "magical village" according to the Mexico Departmen t of Tourism...but you certainly will not actually SEE any of this magic.  The tour bus parks five blocks from the town square. The streets are NOT paved with "cobblestones"... the actual streets are paved with large river rocks set in dirt. Just walking over them is a painful and unplesant experience.

The town square has been "remuddled" in the 1980s. Any shred of historic charm has been replaced with bland concrete.  The "local museum" mentioned in the tour information is actually someone's house.  The "exhibits" are confined to one room and consist mostly of  old family photos.  Does anyone really CARE about who this woman's relatives were?

Our visit to this historic village consisted of 15 minutes standing on the town square, a brief visit to the "museum" and then a quick march back to the tour bus. We had a moment to glance inside the local Church which was lovely, but no time to actually stand and look inside the church.

The visit to a "Coffee Factory" was totally bogus. What actually happens is that there is a "coffee themed GIFT SHOP" next to the tour bus parking. There was no "factory" no planation of coffee bushes to see... just a table with bags of incredibly poor quality coffee offered for sale.

The stop for "tequila tasting"  is egually absurd.  Again, this is merely a GIFT SHOP selling incredibly over priced Tequila . While you do have the opportunity to sample a half dozen or so different types of tequila, the over all amount you sample totals about a half shot.  The product made here is of indifferent quality, and selling for about three times what a similar product would sell for at the cruise port.

AWFUL bad bad bad GIFTS SHOPS at every turn. Little to NO time in either of the "Colonial Villages" .... certainly not a "tour" of either place.

There are some substantial problems with the current tour. I do not recommend ANYONE take this tour.

I have been on over 300 different Shore Excursions. I have been on this particular Tour three times in the past.  The current description of this tour  (Tour of Concordia and Comala) is at least EIGHT years out of date. It deserve a "Pans on Fire" for how little the description matches your actual tour experience!

Before you leave Mazatlan, you are forced to stop at a Jewelry Store for 40 minutes.  (This was NOT mentioned in the description). Really overpriced stuff that few people would actually want to buy.

Next stop is to visit an adobe brick "factory".  20 minutes looking at rows of  mud bricks drying in the sun.

Next stop is at a "Furniture Factory".  This is a road side GIFT SHOP selling badly made pottery too heavy for any cruise passeger to pack home.

Next stop is an over long stop in Malpica - a village of ONE street where you visit what is called a "bakery" . This is actually a prviate home which has an adobe oven in a corner. Yes, they have racks of bun type things which are NOT samples. They are happy to sell you an ything you want to try.  Across the street is a man who makes floor tiles out of concrete (a total yawn-fest) and anothe r over priced GIFT SHOP.

This is descried as a TOUR of the colonial villages of Comala and Concordia.  After all these stops at different BAD GIFT SHOPS... you have very little actual time in either of the Colonial Cities. The time in Comala is very brief - just enough time to walk from the tour bus parking area to the Church. A quick look see inside the Church, and then a march back to the tour bus.

In Concordia there is NO TOUR. You get off the tour bus, you walk in sigle file around the corner to a restaurant. You eat lunch...then you are marched back to the bus...and you leave town.

There were a lot of people on our tour bus who wanted to buy local trinkets. These were really BAD GIFT SHOPS not worth a tour bus stop. We wondered how much the Tour Company was getting paid to make these stops.

WHY do cruise ships stop here?

Pay careful attention to the actual time the ship is scheduled to be in port.  The best part of this stop is getting a chance to  do tours which go to the historial areas nearby.

Our Crown Princess stop was scheduled for only FIVE hours in port.  There is no dock here.  All passeners  have to be tendered to shore. This meant that we were actually IN Cabo San Lucas for less than 3 1/2 hours  - not enough tim e to do anything outside of the over priced Tourist trap of the down town core.

You will NOT find bargains here.  Jhst a bunch of very high pressure hucksrers selli g overpriced trinkets

In each of the three ports,  the ship spends far less time in port than the other cruise lines doing the same cruise.Caution: Do NOT do any shore excursions which require a trip far from the ship.
