A shame the Jade is leaving the Houston market,,,,,,,it will be sorely missed!!

Wife and I shared a Mini-Suite with her mother and we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space we had. Other reviews I have read in the past "pooh-poohed" Mini Suites as being just a Balcony with a Curtain and a tub in the bathroom. I found that having an extra 80 sq ft or so, compared to a Balcony Cabin, was exactly what was needed to accommodate 3. (Having the bonus of 3rd Person Free helped all of our pocketbooks as well!)

Our Cabin Steward, Regalado (Reggie) was superb,,,he went above and beyond. We had forgotten to bring distilled water for a CPAP and an extension cord to have it reach the bedside. Reggie was right on top of it and managed to find what we needed. He also brought a 3rd balcony chair, since there were 3 of us. Very thoughtful. As said, above and beyond. Read more
