I think we had such a good experience because our expectations were so low due to the reviews we read before going.

Embarkations was easy, no issues although our bag arrived at our room damaged which I believe was mostly handled by staff that were not aboard the ship.

Our cabin stewards were fantastic, they would usually be servicing rooms by the time we had left for breakfast and our rooms would always be made up by the time we'd returned. The same goes with dinner, they were very onto it and would service it as people left their rooms as opposed to knocking and bothering you while getting ready or just busy doing things in the room. One night we received chocolates on our pillows and another the towel animals, which were a lovely touch, the kids loved it.

Cabin Review

Our cabin was significantly better than expected, our group's rooms consisted of 2x3 berth inside rooms and a twin inside room(which could have converted to 3berth anyway). In each room there was a double bed or twins with 2 bedside tables with 2 draws in each and 3 seater couch which converted to the 3rd berth. There was a long dressing table w/mirror and 6 drawers opposite the couch and the tv above in the corner closest to the wardrobes. There were also 3 cupboards with plenty of hanging space which were opposite the bathroom.
