I just got back from my first cruise and I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience. The service from the staff was phenomenal, the food choices are endless and each option I chose tasted great. The dining room staff was probably my favorite service oriented experience, we had a server who was so professional and polite that it was almost laughable.

The balcony room was cozy, perfect for two, and my neighbors were very quiet. The pools seemed to be cleaned non-stop when not used, along with the hot tub and pool deck. I never worried about getting into a nasty hot tub or pool due to this, I never worried about anyone else's germs. Not one plate or cup sat longer than 1 minute before someone came by to clean up. They even squeegeed the water off the deck so people wouldn't slip. I am OCD about being clean, and I found the cleanliness of the ship and the hand sanitizer at every turn to be more than pleasing.

The ports we visited (Jamaica, Labadee, Cozumel, Grand Cayman) were all awesome and I had fun at each one. They all had great beaches (except Jamaica, since we didn't book an excursion and had to stay in Falmouth shopping area). To describe each experience would take too long, but I can simply say that not one was bad or disappointing. Also, you don't have to do excursions. We ventured out on our own mostly and found plenty to do and had a great time at the beaches. But...if you do have the extra money to do excursions I was told by many fellow cruisers that they had a great time.
