I have been on over 14 cruises and this ship did not disappoint. Are they perfect, no, but for the price we paid for a verandah it was great. Hal adds back the little things other cruise company's have taken away.

But really one thing that we find makes the cruise really great is the food. Hal has not compromised on their food quality. You still feel like you are eating in a fine restaurant and if you like lots of time between courses, Hal is for you. We had select dining and we never waited more than 20 min for a table and often we just went right in.

The cabin Stewart and all the staff were great. No waiting to get a drink in busy times on the ship because the size, and staff to passenger ratio, is also great. If you want crazy pool games and multi night clubs with the top 40 playing this is also not the ship for you. But if you like your cruise a little more civilized, and one night club and one blues club will do, you just might really like this ship. Read more
