We took this cruise mainly to experience the ship not so much for the destination. We booked an Owners Suite and with the perks of a gold sea pass it was worth the extra money. 7 days wasn't enough time to really have an experience of every bar, restaurant or activity, there was just so much to do and see.

The staff was extremely warm and helpful, there was always someone around to ask for help if needed. We ate breakfast and lunch mainly at Windjammers and we had something different every day and all the meals there were excellent. At night we ate either at the main dinning room, however we tried Chops Grill (husband said best steak EVER), Giovanni's OMG I was in heaven and one night got room service, I don't have one negative to say about the amount or quality of food served throughout the 7 days.

We gave the ice skating a go, went to a show or 2, got lucky at Bingo and at the Casino, which in the end meant we weren't out of pocket at all for the entire trip.

Cabin Review

Owner's Suite

Cabin OS

Spacious, clean, everything you need and more. Located in the middle of the ship with large balcony and great views

Port Reviews

Sydney (Australia)

After disembarking we put our luggage into storage not far from Circular Quay train station and spent about 2 hours walking around near the Opera house and surrounds, then got the Manly Ferry for a leisurely ride to Manly to look around and meet up with some relatives

Noumea

Got a tour in town on the Cho Cho train, RC offer this as a tour option so I gather it would be the same, really enjoyed the scenery and information given by a very good English speaking guide. Went for about an hour and a half, which left plenty of time to do some shopping etc.

Isle of Pines (New Caledonia)

Stayed on the ship for the day, weather was perfect and scenery wonderful, nice relaxing day
