we recently took the eastern carribean cruise on royal princess. had read reviews on how bad the food was and how small the balconies were. i found the food in the main dining room was better than it has been the last 3 or 4 years. i was always able to find something that was appealing. every meal i had was very good and staff was attentive and helpful.

the only drawback is the royal does not have a promenade deck, but it is something i can do without for this cruise.

love to go to alfredos for the pizza, best minestone soup ever had and wait staff in there very friendly.
