Took the Carnival Triumph out of Galveston for a 5 night to Cozumel and Progresso - I LOVED the new stagger boarding process - much faster and less confusion -

when we got on the boat we were missing our 3 waters (we are all VFIP members) - my bathrobe (for being gold) and there were not enough towels. We didn't ever get the sweet dreams chocolate any night.

At the restaurant I was never asked if I wanted a drink, at breakfast one day I ordered steak and eggs and was missing the eggs. We had to wait over 20 minutes for dessert to be delivered that we had ordered when we first sat down. Also steak and lobster are only offered at an additional cost - there wasn't a lobster night - if you want steak have to order at breakfast. Food was great - especially all meat was tender.

there were 3 of us in the cabin and very hard to get around each other inside - also only 2 chairs outside - why couldn't they accommodate us with one more chair - towel animals were very basic - nothing to write home about and no chocolate at night. TV pretty small
