
Trip was a mess and WindStar management could care less - took six weeks to answer my letter of concern and the answer was all incorrect - they are now ignoring my follow up contacts
Basically the Star Breeze was dirty adn poorly managed with poor information flow to the guests
The Chef was great and food service was excellent as was the food - cabin service was poor and front desk and activity information was virtually non-existant
Small but nice - not as well laid out as on the smaller sailing ships and the bed was too low to put luggage under cramping the room even more
