Although we have cruised before this was the first time with Cunard on the Queen Elizabeth.

Before we even started our holiday the customer service staff were exceptional, I would even say faultless, professional beyond expectation.

Travelling from Southampton was a joy, no queues, very helpful staff and we were on board within minutes.

Cabin BF

Spacious balcony cabin, spotless with plenty of storage space. Lovely toiletries in clean and well maintained bathroom. Room Steward was very professional and well trained in his job. The turn down service was lovely, and we were supplied with bath robes and slippers.
