Nautica is kept in very good nick, deck 7 concierge cabin small but manageable..just, crew well trained and cleverly rehearsed. Entertainment led by Skeggy man Nolan good.
Food was really really on the button with the terrace cafe the real star.It was good to see the Exec Chefs front of house presence, a real example to Rafael and his team who hardly made an appearance let alone stop and talk to a guest.
We only used Polo and the Italian once each ( both excellent) because despite having a concierge level cabin we could not get in, all in all concierge entitles you to didly squat.

Spotless, well maintained but small and not good enough for a quality ship even though the design is good, cabin service was first class by Rushana.
Room service brilliant.
