Fantastic cruise on the Allure of the Seas Feb 21-28, 2016, Western Caribbean. This was our fifth cruise, first cruise with RCCL (previously sailed on Princess, twice on Norwegian, and once on Carnival). We’ve never had a bad cruise yet but I have to say this one was our favorite. Here are some of the highlights:

Entertainment: What can I say that hasn’t been said already? I especially enjoyed OceanAria and Blue Planet. Both were so riveting the entire time I just couldn’t take my eyes away. Also note the talent of the two who played the mother and daughter in Mama Mia. WOW, can they sing. They were also in Blue Planet, which again, was great to hear their talent. The costumes, staging and special effects in Blue Planet was phenomenal.

Customer Service – We had great service by our cabin steward and dining waiters. I didn’t come across anyone who wasn’t friendly but I also know a smile goes a long way. Many times I would notice people working so hard scrubbing underneath tables, painting, etc. and I would tell them thanks for working so hard to make the ship look great. They were always so thankful that someone took the time to notice their hard work.
