Have cruised many times over the years. Most all cruise lines including Norwegian. Balcony cabin "D"level smallest we've ever had. Our cabin along with 4 others were over what sounded like a hydraulic pump which would grind away for 20 seconds and be silent for 2 minutes. Our first night out. No sleep that night. Complained next day and all was quiet the rest of the week until the last night of the cruise when it started again just like the first night.

Food in assigned dining room was poor to say the least.Could not cut a New York Strip Steak with a knife let alone chew it. Ordered an escargo thing for an appetizer which consisted of 4 or 5 black specks of what l guess was the escargo. Served in a beef gravy over a stale biscuit. Sent it back. Wife ordered a tilapia fish dinner and when served fellow diners asked what was that fishy odor. Sent that back too.

Shrimp cocktail, lobster only available at an expensive extra charge. Service extremely slow all evenings. Read more
