This was a family vacation of 10. The best 7 days we had and the first time we all did not want a vacation to end. We highly recommend this ship and cruise (Allure of the Sea). From the room attendants to the wait staff. They knew your name at dinner or if by chance they were working the buffet, they would address you. The ship was big and had a lot of fun things to do. There was something for everyone. The staff, especially our waiters (Aleksandra, Hector and Boss, table 140, Deck 3) and stateroom attendant gave us excellent service - we felt like we were treated like royalty! We are planning another cruise this winter thanks to the pleasant experience we had.

Royal Caribbean exceeded any expectations I had for this cruise. With 5000+ guest on the ship, we always had clean bathrooms, toilet paper, soap and paper towel. Not once did we walk in to a messy bathroom or messy dining facility. No waiting in line and plenty of food. We were treated special and had all our needs met. It takes great organization and communication skills to compensate so many people. We wished we would see that kind of working skills in other businesses.

The personal was just unbelievable. From the first day until our last day we continued to be impressed by the professional, hard working staff. The daily gratuity we were charged where well deserved and we tipped more after the end of our cruise! All of your needs are met on a 24 hour basis. We are done with “land vacation”, on the sea is where we will be :) !! Thank you Royal Caribbean!
