Embarkation was fairly smooth, although we were supposed to get priority (Platinum) - it didn't happen. (If you don't like being herded like sheep, then don't cruise!) Cabins were ready, which seldom happens on other lines.

Great mix of passengers. (The best part of cruising is the people you meet. The worst part of cruising is the people you meet.)

The old girl is starting to show her age, with many breakdowns of Lifts, Laundry, Guests Laundry. Plastic buckets catching water from above near theatre for more than a week.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

Cabin was comfortable, if somewhat small, balcony was quite small. Cabin steward was excellent. Bathroom while functional, was very small.

Port Reviews

Isle of Pines (New Caledonia)

Been here many times before, still beautiful

Dravuni Island

Beautiful

Port Denarau

Very nice area

Port Vila

Unfortunately still suffering from effects of last cyclone. Still by far best place for duty free shopping.

Suva

We were commenting that Suva looked like it was on the improve, next day, Winston struck.

Mare

Beautiful, not yet spoiled by tourists (Us) Watch for gouging by cruise line for bus to beech. Price has doubled in a year!
