I've gotta say I was extremely disappointed with this trip. Not only was the food leaning on the 'just edible' side; I felt like I was cruising with a bunch of blazay people. Never a good party at the pool. The kids, (12-13years old) loved the Living room. We hardly saw them they loved it so much. The girl who danced outside the windjammer was adorable! The staff seemed to not really care about being there at all. They were tolerating us, not serving us like other resorts I've been to.
3 out of the 5 days we ordered breakfast we did not get it. The rooms were great although the bunk sounded as if it were going to crash onto my head so I didn't sleep well for a few days. Oh, and that chaos called bag retrieval left one of our bags lost and due to that our airport transfer left with out us. How is it that someone has to take Xanax while on vacation?
I did notice that if you weren't 65 or older the staff would literally overlook you. And the amount of elderly people in scooters clogging up the walkways was rediculous. Travel Royal Caribean and you will see.......smh. I guess we will continue to find the right cruise line for us.
Cabin was great. The steward was great, room was always clean.
We love Cozumel! The park was amazing and had all to offer you could want! Plus the shopping across the street from the port was very good!
While it was real fun, I was sad to see that the Dolphins were kept in such small areas.
We took the bus tour around MoBay. Waste of time. We should have taken a cab to the $5 beach. There was shopping, jerk chicken and a bar all onsite. With water activities and awesome swimming and views. Margaritaville was just up the road. Great location!
