Just returned on thurs feb 25.. stayed at HAMPTON INN PORT N.. take note there are 2 hamptn inns in the port area..ours had pink lawn flamingos ontop, 2301 sw 12th .they upgraded us again for HHonors.. please see trip advisor for positive reviews.
Upon arrival (via shuttle from hotel), note, this is a big port we dropped some folks at pier 22 then headed to#2..a 10 min drive.
LONG LINES..mis information ie checking bags Again.. (were here in july 15) seems a issue w the port not necessarily the cruise lines..

Balcony
Located 1 flight down from buffett ,3 steps from elevators , pools,& spa/gym making it very convenient.
May hear some chair scraping but minimal..quiet at night.
Beds new at drydock & comfortable .its on a forward bumpout & covered.
We were very happy w choice.
Port Reviews
Cartagena (Colombia)
Good value..wish cartagena would limit people selling trinkits every 5 feet..
Grand Cayman (Georgetown)
At pier hired minivan w 6 others mheaded to 7 mi beach..kind of crowded but rented 2 chairs and water was fine ..a few rocky areas..dont worry about returning, plenty of vans going back & forth.. dont b pushed into paying in full for roundtrip..
Puerto Limon
Saw toucans, leaf cutter ants, sloth ( although in photos looks like a shadow).
Walked the 350 stairs 125 each way. .waterfall pretty . The lunch..please remove any greens or tomatoes b4 eating! I lost 5 lbs
Ocho Rios
We walked to the left of pier ..12 min to shops /margaritaville, but wound up at nxt door bar had better more generous drinks..met Alot of ohio alum, had alot of fun w them..
Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)
The lines for embarking were long ..cant fathom being out there in 90 degree heat in summer mths
