I rarely ever write a review and have never written a poor review. However, we sailed on the Carnival Triumph and I totally regret spending my money on this trip. We had a balcony room that was so cramped we couldn't move around without bumping into each other ( and lol we not not obese). The ship is old and needs updates badly! The carpet is stained and our balcony was filthy with stains from previous cruises. Part of our party was on a lower deck and had to clean there own room upon arrival before they could set anything down. They used Lysol wipes that were brown when they finished. We took pictures to prove it. I know I sound terribly negative and am sorry, I wish someone would have told me before I booked this ship.

The food was terrible in the dinning room so we left and had pizza two nights at the 24 hour pizza bar. The pizza was very good. If you do not consume a lot of alcohol and party like nobody's business this ship is certainly not for you. There were several times we met others in the elevator who were bored and lacked for things to do. I have sailed Carnival before along with Princess. This is my first bad experience but I planned to not let that happen Again.
