The good: great food, great wait staff, great ship, great entertainment, and great staterooms. It is really a shame they can't get their act together.
The bad: disorganized from the start, embarkation was delayed due to Coast Guard having to "test the crews knowledge. Should have boarded us by the apt time we had been assigned, instead it was based on where you happened to be sitting in the terminal. Long lines at guest services the first night with many angry people and only 3 RCCL staff available to resolve issues. Security had to be called when one passenger had a complete melt-down over this. I waited in line for over 1 hour due to a piece of missing luggage. The luggage tag tracking system did not work. When I finally got to the front of the line at 9:45pm, I was told my luggage had just been delivered to my room at 9:41, so we went back up to deck 12 and of course it was not there. Went back to deck 4 and they had it in a room off of guest services the whole time.
Items still broken from hurricane damage prior week and no compensation given to us for the areas we could not use for the first 3 days (broken windows in the ceiling of both enclosed pools lead to ice on the deck floors and with temps so low outside we could not use them, Northstar). Horrible communication- no effort made to inform us when these items would be repaired.
Clean, nice view, lots of storage space. Nice size shower.
