We found the Sapphire Princess overall a good ship with excellent service but the entertainment provided was pretty grim. You could walk the length of the ship and hear very similar music in just about every bar with no variation, I know quite a few people were elderly but why play 50's music everywhere. The evening shows weren't that much better and although we didn't go we talked to several people who said the magician's show was just laughable (in a bad way).

The ship's staff were however tip top and the service and food was excellent. We used anytime dining which was a very pleasant experience and even turning up at what could be peak time around 7:30 to 8:00 pm we never had to wait for a table.

We mainly booked private tours and didn't use Princess tours but they were nonetheless happy to ensure that a large group of us going on a private trip all got on the same tender at a couple of ports.

Cabin OF

Good sized cabin, clean and tidy with no problems.

Port Reviews

Singapore

Singapore is a great place, tidy with many paces to go and things to do, a great starting and ending place for cruises in Asia.
