This was my second time cruising on the Enchantment and I enjoyed both times. We got to the pier at about 2p.m. and practically walked right on the ship. The entertainment director was not as upbeat as on other RC cruises I have been on and that king of set the tone for the cruise.

The Solarium, although nice, is showing its age with chipped paint, dusty silk plants, and several other cosmetic flaws. The food in the Solarium was delightful and fresh. The staff did a great job at keeping kids out of the pool/hot tubs.

The food in both the Windjammer and MDR were good and very flavorful. The comedian was hilarious and everyone seemed to enjoy him.

Cabin Review

Inside Stateroom

Cabin M

Our stateroom, 2013, was not kept well at all. The phone had a thick layer of dust on it, the shower had many mildew spots in and around it, and the air conditioning unit fell out of the ceiling. The room steward only cleaned our room twice during the 3 night cruise and had every excuse in the book why she had not cleaned it more often. On other cruises it was being serviced at least twice per day. She also entered our room at least twice to obtain items to be placed in other rooms and left obvious signs that she had been in there (clear bag with linens left at foot of bed). The bad part about it is that when she entered to get the items she didn't even bother to service the room.

Nassau

We had a blast on the Segways and Louis was awesome at showing us sights and giving us time to learn/taste new things about the island. Company was Caribbean Segway Tour.
