Beautiful ports, but ship was looking worn.

Had a very nice cruise through the Southern Caribbean. My sailing visited St. Thomas, Barbados, St. Kitts, St. Lucia and St. Maarten. All of the ports were great and this was really a busy week but well worth it. The Carnival Liberty was showing its age especially around the pools but since this itinerary was so port intensive, it really wasn't that big of deal. This ship had the new menus, which I enjoyed most nights except on the formal nights. The selections seemed very limited on those occasions.

I cruised with my sister and her DS (11) and DD (17). My nephew absolutely loved the kids club once we got him to go. They actually bumped him up to the higher aged group since he was on the border line age-wise and there weren't many kids his age in the original group that he was in. My niece also loved the teen group and made a lot of friends. It was not difficult to get her to attend as she is very outgoing.

We went to the steakhouse one night and it was delicious as usual. We also enjoyed Guy's Burgers and the Asian stir fry place at the buffet. My nephew LOVED the chocolate buffet as he is quite the sweet tooth :)

Ocean View

Loved the oceanview room. Was on the lowest deck but it always made it easy to get an elevator!
