Sail Date: Feb 2016

This was my 20th cruise (ten on Carnival) and I've been on this ship a decade ago when it was the Destiny.

Embarkation was smooth being a Platinum member, even the other lines appeared to be moving along.

Our stateroom (inside on deck 7) was very neat apart from a missing end-table which guest services took care of quickly. Our room stewards were also very personable and efficient.

Port Reviews

Port Canaveral (Orlando)

I liked Port Canaveral, I missed a rocket launch by mere minutes. I wish the front desk would have mentioned it the night before.

Aruba

Basic beach stuff, small water park, snorkeling, zip lines.

Bonaire

Just walked around town and shopped. One note, the "Bonaire Gift Shop" on the ships' shopping guides is not located on the map correctly.

Grand Turk

Cousins that we were travelling with rented cabana, we just paid them half to use it. Pool was chilly, but music was good. We heard "Uptown Funk" no fewer than five times in four hours.
