Overall we were impressed and happy. Service was fantastic. All the people were so gracious and pleasant.

Getting off the boat in Cozumel was a cluster. We waited in line for a while after walking all the way from the elevator, down bar row, and to the casino (where the end of the line was) and then were forced to walk down stairs to disembark. Wasn't a big deal for us, but right behind us was an elderly woman who had great difficulty on the 2 flights of stairs. It was very unorganized and generally bad. Delayed a lot of excursions as well. Signage and directions were lacking on this day as well -- We had no idea that there were 2 options (mid ship and aft?) to get off and I think most people were unaware as well.

The tendering days were better but this was due to the ticketing system. Made for much better getting off the ship.

Cabin was nice. our room steward was fantastic. I found the bed very uncomfortable and a little "droopy". Otherwise, everything worked and was clean. Nice desk area with a plug and an additional plug under the TV. It was nice to have 2.
