Cabin: Aqua Class

This was a wonderful cruise.

We flew in a day ahead to Tampa, then the next morning to San Juan. The Taxi was $28 US for 2 adults with luggage. Check in was easy. They had duty free shopping before you got on the ship with a good selection.

Firstly, the ship. I would give it a 5 but did not only because I do like the Solstice ships slightly more and would keep that rating for a 5. This is based solely on the ship itself not having some of the updates the newer ships have and I enjoy. We were in Aqua class and the cabins are the same as the newer ships.

Cabin Review

Aqua Class

Cabin A1

Our cabin was on the aft. With this came more balcony space which was nice and overlooked the wake from the ship. Aqua class cabins are always nice. We found lots of shelf and closet space for unpacking and stored our luggage under the bad. There is some noise from the bar below, but did not affect our stay and did not go on too late.

Port Reviews

San Juan

Old San Juan is a very nice way to spend an afternoon. See the old Fort and cemetery along the coast and walk through the cobble stoned streets for shopping and restaurants.
