For this trip we were a group of seven people myself 33, my husband 41, grandmother 74, mother 56, my little brother 25, and both of my children 10 and 15. We decided to take the Freedom of the Seas for the DreamWorks experience we are suckers for meet and greets with all the charterers. We got the unlimited drink package and our kids got the soda and more with our TA. We went to Coco Cay the private island for Royal, St. Thomas and St. Maarten with three sea days.

We had one suite and where suppose to have two but it turns out they some how gave ours away and transferred us to a veranda I was highly upset about this. There was a lot of issues checking my daughter in the lady at the check in keep asking for a form stating we were allowed to take her on this cruise something that should never had been an issue since as her parents we were there why would I fill out a form for my husband and I to take out daughter on vacation it was nuts and a waste of time that I believe was because they did not believe she was our daughter since she is mix race and my husband and I are Caucasian this was embarrassing for my daughter also.

they did not add my kids drink packages and when I went with my paperwork to show they should have received them they charged me the cost and said they can not fix it on ship they need to have corporate take care of it. The took off my and my husband unlimited packages by mistake something I found out later than tried to recharge me for them luckily I brought my confirmation and was able to pull up my credit card statement on my phone showing we paid for them.
