We have been on numerous cruises before from small ships to large ships. This was by far the worse!!!!

We have a hard time thinking of a category that we could give a passing grade. Let's start with the food. Very repetitious and boring. Very little changes during the week and nothing you could say was a really delicious meal. It was entertaining one night as we watched the waiter when asked for butter, he would go to another table and in our case grab 3 individual squares and bring it back to our butter dish. I should mention here that the week prior to out sail date the ship had a flu outbreak. When this happens only staff are allowed to serve meals in the buffet and prior to passengers entering any dinning room they were all sprayed with antibacterial solution. This waiter didn't seem to think he had to follow any guide lines.

The rooms are so small on this ship. One passenger said he's never had the problem of bending over to clean his teeth and bumping into the door behind him. Our room was poorly cleaned. The bedding had dirty spots on them and the mattress had a large indent on the one side. This is not good for the back. Some rooms received chocolates on their pillows at night time. These cabins were the same category as ours but we never received such nice treatment. Pool towels are stained and should be in the garbage not given to passengers to use.
