the service was excellent. everyone was super helpful and everything was very organized.

our cabin was spotless. the bed was very comfortable. embarkation and disembarkation were a breeze. i thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and our excursions were fabulous. we did the dolphin encounter in cozumel and those ruins that start with dz in progreso. i have very pleasant memories from both. it was not hot on day we did the ruins, so that was an added plus. we ran into a storm just as we were leaving progreso and were delayed leaving the port. but it was fun for me to feel the ship rock a bit and watch the big waves. for me it adds to the experience and the memories.

two complaint i have is that we seemed to have so little time in each port. in cozumel we had to be back on the ship at 330. so when you schedule an excursion, there is no time left over to shop. if i ever did this route again, i would not schedule an excursion in cozumel, i would just shop and then do an excursion in progreso, because otherwise there isnt anything to do in progreso.
