Cabin: Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Embarkment was relatively easy - staff polite & helpful when I informed them my Husband couldn't stand for long, we were quickly taken to the front desk & "wella" we were on the ship in no time! Our cabin was 7082 with a balcony - this cabin was the largest size one we have ever had on any of our previous cruises, so it was very comfortable (3 seater lounge). Having read previously bad reviews, I was pleasantly surprised & found the ships condition, food, entertainment & service to be very good & despite the fact there were over 600 children on-board (school holidays) we were never effected by their youthfulness. We are in our 70s & having spoken to several mothers with toddlers thru to teenagers, they all said their children were having a ball at the various age Children s Clubs & as a result all members of the family were more than satisfied..

The food at all the venues was tasty with plenty of variety. We dined at Chops Grille & the meal, ambiance & service was very good. We attended several shows & enjoyed them. There are plenty of quiet lounges to indulge in "my time".

On the other hand, this ship was really pumping with activities & it was quite obvious the passengers were having a ball. The lunchtime BBQs around the pool were a big hit - yummy spare ribs, steaks, hamburgers & seafood paella.
