Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony
All I can say, I do not know why anyone has anything to criticise about this ship and the staff etc. My husband and myself had a fabulous time
WE booked a balcony room - which was excellent . The food was exceptional . The boat was always clean and there was definitely an emphasis on hand washing, particularly when entering into food areas. The staff was always friendly and very willing to help when ever required. The captain was very personable and everyone seemed to enjoy his daily commentary of the current movement of the ship including his willingness to provide nonsensical information - that was really very informative.
I just have to say we were pessimistic about going on a cruise - but we are planning the next one now - just remember the money is in american dollars - so if you are Australia make your financial arrangements before going on the ship. We did not purchase a beverage package, nor did we purchase specialty restaurant package - wait till you get on the ship and then work out if this is what you need.

great cabin - just under the gym - so if you use the gym frequently it is just a floor above - very quiet - I have noticed someone stating that it was noising due to its location to the gym - I don't know how they sleep but we heard absolutely nothing. we were extremely pleased with the location of the cabin.- would book it again.

the trip was quite disorganized - The trip over the water to beachcomber resort was beautiful, - the resort is old - but the food offered was beautiful. The staff was quite helpful when snorkelling etc and fish were beautiful - BUT - we were getting anxious about returning to the ship on time - We returned 10minutes before departure - I was reassured that we would return to the ship by 2.30p.m. - the ship was closing its doors by 3.30p.m. - we arrived back by 3.20p.m. - FAR TOO CLOSE FOR CALL

great was taken to a village - they owned the tour so it was very authentic= the people sang and dance and offered food - it was great. The excursion went for 3 hours - just long enough. We always book on shore as the money goes to the impoverished islanders not to big companies.

was okay, unfortunately a hot day.was taken to a church which was not necessary. did see the cultural center - which was okay and a village at the cultural center - very touristy -would prefer the train or an dependent mini bus next time - just need a few more friends to book it
