This ship will be leaving US service in April to go to Italy and then be transferred to a subsidiary in China.
The facilities are old and tired but kept clean. The operations seem to be running to minimize expenses. The food in the main dining is institutional and no happy hours are to be found. The technology is dated and current balances can be only gotten from the guest services desk which leads to some unnecessary long lines.
The bright spots are the food and service in Chops specialty restaurant and the generally pleasant and hard working staff on the boat who are doing the best with what they have.
Spacious handicapped room with a convenient location near the elevators. Unfortunately right below the pool deck which adds quite a bit of noise from carts and chairs moving around. There are interior ramps which we tripped on occasionally. The shower is open for wheelchair access which gets water all over the bathroom floors. Especially when the seas are rough. Ask for extra towels to wipe up.
