We've cruised Princess before and had an excellent experience. Overall, this cruise wasn't a negative experience, it was just ok. The ship has plenty of bars, restaurants, pools, etc. but it is PACKED with people.

In the evening the theater had more people than seats. Elevator wait time was significant and often the elevators exceeded capacity. The buffet felt like a cattle shoot. After the first day we broke up our party so that one of us could scout for a table while the others took a place in line.

Most of the activities are either cheesy (think animal planet trivia) or an infomercial for goods and services that can be bought onboard. Evening shows were for the most part good but again, get there early or you'll be sitting on the stairs. Movies under the stars was fun but I wish the staff would ensure that the cushions aren't soaking wet. Entertainment in the piazza was odd. Most nights it consisted of two ladies with violins. This was a Caribbean cruise could we please have some happy music?
