Booked owners suite for a very special occasion and was very disappointed with quality and service provided.
Stayed overnight in Marriot hotel was good but maid started cleaning our room before we had checked out, removing our travel doc's for both cruise and stay in Vegas, got doc's back after frantic search. Checkout was at 11:00 maid had started clearing our room at 10:30!
Boarded ship at 12:00, bags finally arrived 4 hours later, crew explained 1500 bags to bring onboard, I expected better service when we had paid for the most expensive cabin on the ship.

Owner's Suite with Large Balcony
Good size but furniture well past its best. Balcony good but no smoking. Jacuzzi filling and draining very good, water temperature during filling very high.
Jacuzzi electrics failed on second day 24hours later repaired.
Toilet paper provided very thin, fold 4 times before using. Cotton ear cleaning buds very poor quality, in fact once when cleaning my ear the bud came off. Went to ship doctor to remove bud, they were going to charge 110 dollars for me to see the doctor, explained this accident was due to poor quality materials provided, after filling 4 sheets of documents doctor finally saw me. doctor was good.
Butler was good but we only used her once to provide one breakfast.
Generally the accommodation was spacious but out dated and requires replacement.

Maui
Whale watching was exceptional. Female whale was below ship and 6 male whale circled our boat and came very close. Beautiful and rare sight, even ships crew had not seen whales this close for a long time.
Also food and drinks provided was very good.
Kauai
Make sure to book manor tour, same as plantation tour but meal is served in the manor house and is excellent. Well worth the additional cost.
Honolulu
Walk around Waikiki beach very good. Don't eat because food is served at lunchtime when you board the Pride of America.
