Boarding the ship was fast and easy. It took about 20 min from luggage drop off to walking onto the ship. The ship is nice, clean, and very spacious. My husband and I shared a balcony room with our two kids (15&11) I was afraid that we would be really cramped for space but the lay out of the room worked well for us. There was lots of storage space to keep our things and our luggage slid under the bed so they were out of the way. My daughter slept in a bunk bed that folded out from the ceiling that our room steward laid out before bed and folded up in the morning. Our son slept on a sofa that doubled as a bed.

I noticed that the crew on the ship are completely miserable. It is as if they hate their jobs, I felt so sorry for them. Our previous cruise that we went on was RC and the crew was amazing so I kept comparing the two. Waiters were slow, food was delicious (RC's was better) our room steward accused us of not turning a beach towel so he wouldn't replace it with a clean one, we didn't see one towel animal, the buffet was always crowded and it made finding a seat really hard (one breakfast I took turns standing and sitting with my husband so we could eat before we left the ship)

The port stops and the free drink package made the cruise better. The entertainment was okay. Disembarking the ship was very quick and easy, getting a taxi was a breeze as well. All in all, I would do it again if it was a really good sale.
