We had such a remarkable experience on our first Viking tour on the Seine, Paris to Normandy. We were delighted to have the opportunity to tour an area of Europe that was new to us.

Arriving in Budapest we were met at the airport and transported with ease to the boat.

Like so many others in 2015, we had to disembark and board another boat due to the low water level of the Danube. So we experienced two boats, the Var and the Tor. The crew made this transition seamless, our only chore was a few moments of packing and unpacking. Viking more than made up for the unavoidable inconvenience by providing extra perks.

Cabin B

More than adequate. Comfortable for two. Views were exceptional from the veranda.
