This was our first cruise on Celebrity. We've sailed on Princess and Royal Caribbean in the past. Overall we were very happy. Pre-cruise prep on their web site was adequate but I found navigating the site a bit cumbersome. Check-in was very efficient...maybe 10 minutes from stepping off the hotel shuttle until we were in our veranda cabin.

The cabin layout was nice and the shower was above average. Storage space was a little cramped. The bed was quite comfortable. A nice feature was the bathroom nightlite. Our room steward and his assistant were very friendly and very helpful. They quickly recognized our pattern and seemed to show up just when we needed something.

Reflection is a beautiful ship with a straightforward layout that was easy to navigate. There were several small public areas scattered among the cabin decks that were ideal for reading/quiet time (library, game room, hideaway). The real grass "park" on the upper deck was interesting but due to weather on our cruise was not too popular. Read more
