The Bestla was cheerful, organized, and tasteful. Our cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed and we never saw the house staff, we had one TV problem and had a repair engineer in within 10minites and fix our problem quicker than that.
The daily outing were informative and interesting, just long enough, and the group leaders and size of group were just right.
The food was all wonderful, a large variety, just right proportions, the servers were great, the times served were perfect and the cooking demonstration and kitchen tour were appreciated. Every meal was more than I expected and the house wine and beer were all enjoyed. The lounge for cocktails, evening entertainment, meeting people was a large area and comfortable.

liked all the white and the huge window, we used the desk, TV very little but liked having it. The bathroom was perfect and towels were always sufficient and super clean.
