2nd time cruiser. Went January 2015 on the Epic. Was a little worried that the Jade would be too small compared to the Epic, but it was fine. Quick thoughts:

Balcony cabin was similar to the Epic, although with a traditional bathroom. We had a hull balcony on Deck 8 but below the railing was glass. Good combination of view and privacy. Fit two regular chairs, but not much more. Good shower. Enjoyed movie options on tv.

Regular dining was fine. Ate buffet every morning. No real variety, but custom omelettes were good. Breakfast and embarkation day could get crowded, but they opened up La Cucina for additional seating. Standard buffet for lunch. Carved meat, burgers, dogs, pizza, fries, asian selections, indian/vegetarian, and then some rotating hot entrees. At in Alizar twice and Grand Palace once. Thought service in Alizar was a bit better (faster). Grand Palace seemed very big and very crowded. Short lines getting in most nights. Service was slow but not ridiculously slow. Cagney's was excellent all around -- food and service. Le Bistro was very good. Enjoyed the food. Service at Cagney's was better. La Cucina was better than expected. Appetizer pizza was very good as was calamari. Too full to really eat our entrees. They did wrap up the pizza for our room.

Port Reviews

Houston

Didn't book an excursion per se, but got stuck in Houston for 2 days because of the blizzard at home. Went to Galveston one day which was fun. The Strand has some cool shops and the atmosphere was good. Baybrook Mall was nice for shopping/dining/movies.

Cozumel

Enjoyed Nachi Cocom but liked Mr. Sanchos (last year) better. They are right next to each other so very similar. Felt food, service, and facilities were better at Mr. Sanchos, but Nachi was still good. Nachi felt smaller and there seemed like there was a little less to do. But we did get beach massages which were good.

Belize City

Supposed to do cave tubing and zip lining but weather was bad. Just did shopping at the port and went back to the ship. Not much to see without a real excursion.
