Customer service for this line is by far the absolute worst, from the time you get to port the line is absolutely ridiculous, their process is extremely slow and you don't even get to put your credit card info, that is done inside the ship. The moment you get in the ship you notice the lack of personnel and the lack of enthusiasm on the ones you find.

Our specific cruise had Def Leppard plus 8 other bands on board and this was something that was not disclosed to passengers that wanted nothing to do with rock and roll. I have no problem with them but traveling with two kids I was not pleased to find a long haired 60yr old guy wearing a banana hammock and "rolling" and a drunk guy over the loud speaker telling passengers the bands schedule and ending it with this is the ship from H... This is an isolated incident but speaks of the lack of concern to their passengers.

The food... I spent 5 days eating nothing but pizza and bad burgers, the lines on the buffet are ridiculous because the do not open the whole restaurant, then the food is horrendous the only half decent things are the bland pizza with very little cheese and the cardboard burgers. The disembarkation process is a joke, as people approached the end of a 2 hour line guests were being turned around due to alleged open accounts that were simply their system did not work while out of the USA. Are you kidding me this is a cruise that is expected to go out on international waters and the cards were not working until back in land?
