The main reason I am writing this review is to ease the minds of future passengers. When reading reviews you need to keep in mind the majority of the people that write them are the ones who have had a horrible experience very few write them if they had a great time.

Overall I had an amazing time and accounted only small issues which I will explain below.

Entertainment: I go onto cruises for the entertainment and activities and this ship exceeded my expectations. Alun the cruise director is a stand out, funny and a great performer. The daily schedule is jam packed full of different activities to do the only issue is how do you fit it all in? I previously sailed with the Jewel just over 2 years ago and there were hardly any activities through the day, so I am happy for this improvement. If you are a fan of trivia you will love this boat as you will get up to 5 different types of trivia a day. The bands were so talented with Alter ego party band being the stand out. I enjoyed the theme nights with the Gatsby night being my favourite. Although the night club is a great area the dj plays only music geared for passenger under 25. Even though I love dancing to most music I could not stand just the R&B genre and had to leave the floor when he decides to play very crude songs. The singers and dancers are very talented but the shows themselves could be improved with better stories.
