We are Elite members of Celebrity. That is the only cruise line we have ever been on. So, since we could have Diamond status on Royal Caribbean, we decided to try it.

Embarkation was easy. We arrived around 2:15 and there was a long line just to get into the terminal for baggage screening. However, there was a separate line for Diamond members so we breezed right through. Separate check-in line also. Definitely a plus for RC.

Arriving on board, there were a few crew members but they were not friendly at all. No one said welcome or handed us a champagne or mimosa. Nothing at all. Celebrity definitely wins that one.
