Embarkation in San Diego was a breeze. We upgraded the week prior to an SA suite through our travel agent so that accounts for a bit of speed. (Bargain upgrade)

We had 3 people in an SA suite and it was fantastic. Large suites with HUGE veranda and amenities. Largest bathroom I've ever seen & plenty of closet space. Neptune lounge access was fantastic. Other perks were good buy with only 3 ports in Mexico the priority tendering and such was not a big deal.

Crew was fantastic and were very accommodating when my mother was a bit queasy the first evening on rather rough seas. Cabin stewards were wonderful & the new bedding on HAL is great. Read more
