I don't know where to begin. The cruise was not worth how much money we spent for our family of 5. We saved for this trip for years. My husband and I have been on many Carnival ships and one other Norwegian. This ship by far had the worst service ever. The people were clearly miserable and some told us so. They told us how they mistreated them and gave them no time off. They had no access to keep in touch with their families. I am not kidding how horribly they hated working for this ship. This lead to horrible customer service.

They lost our luggage to start so the first part of the cruise was spent with them trying to find it. My husband had nothing but shorts. We could not go to the dining area. It was a fight let me tell you with many many other passengers left looking for their luggage as well. We all were searching this big room of luggage. In the end it was all all labeled clearly, but they were too lazy to look.

The main dining hall which we visited once was terrible. Back in the day, you didn't have to pay for every extra meal to get a decent meal with decent service. It took 20 minutes to get a drink before dinner. At carnival and past Norwegian cruises, the people got to know you. They knew your tastes, and became friends. I never wanted to return to one restaurant because they all seemed to hate their job and hate people.
