Never again we are cruising on Fascination. Service is terrible, you won't see staff smiling, we spoke with a few people on the ship and they agreed. Public restrooms are nasty; I took pictures and showed them to the cleaning crew and ask them if they can go and clean the restroom; toilet paper everywhere, vomit in the sink.

We had anytime dining. it starts at 5:45; the line starts at 5:10 and goes around and around and around 3 times. If you are not among the first 800 people, then you will get a buzzer and you will have to wait for your turn. On the first night we waited 35 minutes and our buzzer never buzzed; I went to say something and was given the table right away. So why did the staff make me wait if the tables were available? No telling. The anytime sitting dinner lasted about 2 hours or longer; the staff were slow, except on our last night, when we finally changed the section and got new servers. Breakfast in the dining room was slow as well.

The DRILL on the embarkation day is another story. IT WAS AN HOUR LONG!!!! Never in our 12 cruises we had an hour long safety drill. We were stuck in the hot sweaty room with tons of people for about 45 minutes, they demonstrated the life jackets finally, which you couldn't see at all and then they ask everyone from every muster station to go outside. WHY? Go figure. We stood by the boats for another 15 minutes until the boat sailed away and only after that we were dismissed.
