Great ship, crew and food. Cabin was very comfortable. It was difficult to understand some of the guides because of their heavy accents. Why doesn't Viking use native-Engish speakers?

Most of the shore excursions were terrific. Because of the low water level we weren't able to get into one of the stops so we had to be bussed over a terribly pot-holed road.

A suggestion for improvement would be to offer activities for folks who choose to stay on board. Most of the passengers were of "advanced age" and couldn't do a lot of walking so they stayed on board. Organized game times, bridge groups, cooking demonstrations, movies, etc., would have been of great interest, I feel, according to the people we chatted with. The staff were all terrific.
